Ashley was born and raised in Bismarck, North Dakota and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2009. She lives in Minot with her husband Rick and their three children – Torston, Greta and Rowan.
One of the things she enjoys most about practicing law is the ability to help clients navigate their unique legal situations in way that makes them feel most informed and supported.

Lynette is a seasoned paralegal with over 20 years of experience. Since joining in 2002, she has assisted numerous clients in areas such as disability, bankruptcy, estate planning and probate.
Lynette received her Bachelor of Science Degree – Paralegal Program from Moorhead State University. She successfully received her Certified Legal Assistant, as well as Advanced Certified Paralegal Social Security Disability status through the National Association of Legal Assistants in which she is a member. She is also a member of Western Dakota Association of Legal Assistants.
In her spare time, she enjoys attending her 3 sons sporting activities, going to the lake and reading.
